Moutcha Bay Resort is truly the beginning of Nootka Sound on Vancouver Island, British Columbia Canada. Nootka Sound offers a wide range of world-class sport fishing, from trophy Chinook, Coho and Sockeye Salmon fishing to Red Snapper, Ling Cod and Halibut, not to mention the excellent prawning and crabbing opportunities.

Enjoy the pursuit of trophy class salmon as they migrate down the West Coast of Vancouver Island. These West Coast waters are teeming with wild-life. A typical day sportfishing would include viewing black bears, sea lions, a wide variety of sea birds, eagles and gray whales, adding to the adventure of a West Coast sportfishing trip.

Moutcha Bay Resort is happy to offer a variety of accommodation including camping to fishermen with private boats or can provide fully guided sportfishing charters and packages.
